Winter apple variety of American selection. Aidared is derived from the Wagner and Jonathan varieties. Ripening occurs at the end of September. Fruits are light green in color with a large blush. Very large, rounded, slightly flattened. The pulp is cream-colored, dense, juicy, aromatic, with a pleasant sweet and sour taste. The skin of the fruit is smooth, thin, elastic.
